Our Story

We are three members of the Hua family (two brothers and a cousin!) with a passion for health and human performance. Growing up, we all experienced our own hardships, whether that was the family immigration struggle, our own injuries in sport or the experiences we had along the way. Whether fair or not, life has a funny way of throwing obstacles and challenges for us to navigate through. But it is these defining moments where we had to reflect and persevere. Each time, we become stronger individuals because of them and learn to come into our own.

We gravitate to those who embody hardwork and dedication because of a shared experience that allow us to empathize and bond. This is why the word resilient mean so much to us.

“What does resilient mean? Our ability to endure difficult conditions or challenges. Whenever I think of that word, I think of our family and what they overcame as immigrants. This is our way to pay homage to our parents and serves as constant reminder of why we are able to live out our passion."

“Growing up we never discussed the hardships that our parents experienced to get to where we are now. We learnt by example and saw the meaning of sacrifice, perseverance and resilience. In an age where everyone wants quick fixes, we are ready to bridge the gap between health education and action."

Our family shows how important it is for us to stay rooted with those you grew with and to care for another."
