“There's nothing better than seeing someone realize they're stronger than they thought. Helping them build that strength and confidence is what I love most about physiotherapy.”
Shane holds both a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
He is certified in Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) techniques as well as Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 & 2.
Shane’s passion for health sciences was sparked during his youth, when he played hockey, baseball, volleyball, and soccer. His interest in movement and wellness deepened as he worked as a personal trainer and fitness coach before pursuing physiotherapy. Shane is dedicated to helping clients reach their functional goals and return to the activities they love. He fosters a supportive and inclusive environment, tailoring his approach to each individual to ensure the best possible outcomes throughout their care. Committed to continuous professional growth, Shane stays current with the latest research and actively seeks out new learning opportunities through courses and seminars.
Outside of his professional life, Shane enjoys running, biking, weightlifting, playing ultimate frisbee with friends, and unwinding with a good movie.
