PHYSIOEFFECT is a family-run, community-focused physiotherapy clinic located in a lively, busy, and family-oriented neighbourhood in East Vancouver—a 15 minute walk from Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain Station, surrounded by vibrant cafés, local energy and across from Trout Lake Park.

We’re passionate about providing a hands-on, patient-centered approach to recovery. At PHYSIOEFFECT, we focus on a comprehensive treatment strategy that combines manual therapy, specific exercise prescription, and advanced modalities like IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) and shockwave therapy. Our goal is to not only alleviate pain but to empower our patients to reach their full physical potential. Rather than referring clients out to other clinics, our team collaborates across disciplines to provide a broad, in-house scope of practice. Our clinicians have pursued both shared and diverse continuing education paths, allowing us to collectively treat a wide range of injuries, conditions, and pain presentations—all under one roof.

About You

You’re a passionate physiotherapist who:

• Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

New grads and experienced clinicians are equally welcome.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide one-on-one physiotherapy assessments and treatments (30, 45, or 60 minute sessions)
• Create personalized, goal-driven rehab plans
• Collaborate with other members of the team that truly works together
• Comfortable treating general population, post-surgical, and athletic population with goals of returning everyone back to their activities or sports 
• Option to develop a caseload aligned with your clinical strengths and interests

Requirements

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
• Interest in manual therapy, exercise-based rehab, or a clinical focus area 
• Second language is a bonus!
